Here’s what to expect when you work with Taqam Space.
What does Taqam Space help with?
We help businesses source candidates, screen CVs against agreed role requirements, prepare shortlists, and coordinate the next steps toward hiring.
How much does recruitment cost?
Our recruitment fee is 5% of the hired employee’s annual income. We confirm the fee with you as part of the recruitment order.
When do we pay?
You pay 40% of the total recruitment fee upon confirmation of the order. The remaining 60% is payable upon hiring.
What happens if the employee leaves within 30 days?
We provide one additional recruitment round for the same role, consisting of five filtered CVs. This support covers an additional search round rather than a guaranteed replacement hire.
How do you shortlist candidates?
We review candidate profiles against the requirements agreed with you, including relevant skills, experience, location, and salary expectations. Your team makes the final hiring decision.
What information do you need to start?
Share the job title, responsibilities, required skills and experience, work location, salary range, and preferred joining date. An existing job description is a useful starting point.
